You can pay on-line by pressing either of the Pay Online buttons on the Home Page or at the top of any page of our website. You will be required to register your utility account with the portal to pay your bill on-line. Please allow 24-48 hours for these payments to post to your account.
The Bristol-Bluff City Utility District is not affiliated with DOXO or any other bill payment services. To guarantee that your payment is received by our office in the appropriate time frame we ask that you please use bbcud.utilitydistrict.com. Customers making payments through all 3rd party entities are subject to any additional penalties or charges to the account if the district has not RECEIVED payments by the appropriate due date.

Web payments take 24 to 48 hours to post to the website and all charges are not applied that are due on the account due to this delay. When full payment is received, maintenance staff will be contacted to restore your service
