Commission Meeting is the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM at Avoca Volunteer Fire Dept. If a customer would like to address the board, please fill out the Commission Meeting Request Form on our website under Forms and submit to our office 1 week prior to the scheduled monthly meeting.

The Customer Service Center will have new office hours beginning August 1, 2024. The hours will be Monday-Friday from 8 AM-3:45 PM.

The Customer Service Center will be closing 15 minutes early Wednesday, February 18, 2026 for updates. We will still be answering phones but with limited access for those 15 minutes. If you have an emergency, please call our water plant at (423) 538-7241.
